The missing cartridge may store carbon powder inside the printer and the carbon powder on the output medium does not belong. Although cartridges extracted from the packaging may display leaks and other manufacturing defects, these problems usually result in refurbishing or replenishing ink. To check if there are any problems in the cartridge, put them on a white poster board or a large piece of paper, and then tap them gently with a ruler. If you find the powder in the toner box or the carbon powder around the cover plate when you install the consumables, please replace it.
