Tip 2: Clean up waste powder in time

After a period of time with powdered flour, the waste powder in the waste toner collection bin will continue to accumulate, which will affect the print output effect, and severely lead to powder leakage. The occurrence of this phenomenon will directly lead to irregular black spots and black blocks on the output manuscript. If the waste powder is not removed and used, the waste powder will accumulate. The frictional pressure with the photoreceptor drum is also becoming tighter, and eventually the photoreceptor drum coating on the surface of the photoconductor drum is abraded to damage the entire cartridge.

Clean up method:

Remove the cartridge from the printer and carefully unscrew the side cover screws. Remove the cartridge little by little in the same direction. Do not shake the cartridge at this time. Note that the remaining toner will fly out until it is removed to the waste toner box. When cleaning the toner cartridge, you need to first clean the toner from the waste toner box and toner cartridge, and use the brush to gently brush the toner remaining on the edge of the toner cartridge. In addition, you can use a hair dryer to clean the used toner when it is not cleaned by the brush.

Specific cleaning methods and steps can be found in the article "How to clean up the waste toner cartridge."
