What Should I Do if There is a Black Spots on the Laser Printer?

- Jul 13, 2018-

The reason for the black spots in the laser printer is basically that there is a problem with the drum core of the toner cartridge. The reason and solution for the problem are as follows. Powder filling is also one of the causes of this phenomenon.

Black spots or black lines appear. The problem is that if there are many regular black spots or black lines in the drum core filling, under normal circumstances, the drum core is dirty or worn, and the drum core is dirty and easier to handle. The drum core rotates along the printing direction, and the cotton wool is cleaned by cleaning. After cleaning, the printing can be restored to normal. In another case, if the drum core is placed on the ground during powder change, or if a hard object such as a screwdriver is hit, the drum core will wear out. Because the drum core is made of photosensitive material, the repair method is to repeatedly rub the surface of the photosensitive drum 3-4 times with a photosensitive drum polishing detergent, taking care not to leave the cleaning agent on the surface of the photosensitive drum, and then put back the drum rack. Ready to use.

Of course, if the drum core wears too much, then the drum core must be replaced. Drum core price is not expensive, it is generally possible to add three to five times powder, but the premise is to pay attention to the model and quality, do not just substitute. If the same condition occurs with the replacement of the new drum core, then the scraper and the charging rod are damaged.
