EPSON announced last week that it will launch a new generation of WorkForce Pro WF-M5000 monochrome printer series and a new replaceable ink package system.
The newly introduced multifunction printers, WF-M5799 and WF-M5299, use the latest replaceable ink package to minimize workflow intervention and print up to 40000 pages without changing ink packets.
Using EPSON's latest replaceable ink package system, WF-M5799 multifunction printers and WF-M5299 printers aim to minimize workflow intervention, and allow users to print as many as 40000 black ISO pages without changing ink packets, and the spare cartons can print up to 830 pages at most.
This machine is specially designed for busy working group. The printing speed is 24 pages per minute, and is in line with ISO standard. The output of home page is fast.
The WF-M5000 series has PCL5 and PostScript 3 support and is compatible with third party software platforms, such as Nuance Equitrac Office / Express, Nuance eCopy ShareScan, PaperCut, and nddPrint.
The series also features wireless connectivity to support smart phones, tablet computers and cloud printing.
